This began our work with Procoat, to develop a plan and timetable to complete this task. Procoat completed all work strictly to their timetable and did so to a wonderfully high level of workmanship. On time and on budget. Procoat has been a wonderful company to deal with - from the very first contact to the final installation. Everything was organised and professional. The cabinet in our apartment which is a 2 Pak finish was badly scratched. There were a lot of kitchen suppliers out there but no one would like to take a small job, except for Procoat! Procoat was very professional and responsive. Luke who took the cabinet from my husband and also who I got the cabinet from was really really nice! Firstly the guys were happy to talk through a problem that I was facing due to my dishwasher leaking and having damaged the bottom frame. Then they gave me a date when they would attend and implement the solution that we had agree upon.There communications were exceptional prior to the appointment. We had our kitchen remodelled by Procoat. They arrived on the day specified, suggested fantastic modifications and the new kitchen was ready and installed on the appointed day. The price was very reasonable. IMPORTANT cut to 3 years later. Some modifications had to be made because of a rangehood change and one drawer had been damaged. I rang Procoat Kitchens and was treated with the same professionalism and courtesy even though this was a very small job for them. They completed the repairs to their usual high standard - checking to make sure measurements were correct. Then THEY DID NOT CHARGE US. What a great firm!Thank you Ian and George.

Our 8 kitchen cupboard laminate doors (in a black satin finish)had scuff marks on them. We thought we were doomed but then I searched the internet and luckily came across Procoat Kitchens. Over the phone and in person, Ian was a true professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy. He shared with us the benefits of applying a 2 pac coating instead of sticking with laminate doors. He was convincing and very pleasant. Ian's workers who showed up to remove the doors and later re-install the brand new ones were equally professional, friendly, polite, tidy and careful. My new kitchen cupboard doors look perfect. We are so thrilled. The black satin finish is exactly what we asked for and I am truly grateful to Procoat. I strongly recommend you seek them out for any type of kitchen makeover.
